[Work at Fraser Lake Camp for the summer]

All of our staff are carefully selected for their diverse abilities and their commitment to uphold Fraser Lake Camp's Mission. 80% of staff are from Mennonite congregations in the Kitchener/Waterloo or York Region areas. Our staff, whose average age is 20 years old, include Red Cross certified swimming instructors, cabin counsellors, program staff, maintenance staff, kitchen staff, support staff, a camper services director and a site director.
Our staff is here to serve your child and to ensure they have a quality camping experience. We look for staff that have a genuine interest in children, a desire to share their faith and enjoy being outdoors, All positions are for an 8-week period. We may have openings for the following positions:

Cabin Counsellors

Waterfront Staff
(must have NLS and Leaders)

Maintenance Staff

Kitchen Staff

Cooks

Camp Nurse

We are affiliated with the Ontario Camping Association who advises that staff need to be a minimum age of 17 to work at a residential camp and be responsible for supervising children.

	Ron de Roo Executive Director of Willowgrove, the parent company of Fraser Lake Camp, since 2005. A resident of Stouffville, Ron brings strong management experience to Willowgrove. Ron's mandate is to work with the Board to further develop the vision for the organization. Married to Sonja, Ron has two children who attend Willowgrove Primary School and have also attended Glenbrook Day Camp. Eric Musselman Eric joined Fraser Lake Camp after being Pastor of Youth Ministries at a church in Whitby. Eric has a Bachelor of Religious Studies Degree from Tyndale University College and Seminary. He resides near Gormley with his wife Maria and their two sons, Benjamin and Jeremiah. Eric and Maria met while serving at Glenbrook Day Camp in 1994. E-mail: eric@fraserlakecamp.com
