Thank you for your interest in serving at Fraser Lake Camp for the 2008 camp season.
Fraser Lake Camp is managed by Willowgrove, a private, not-for-profit organization. Fraser Lake is an overnight camp for children aged 8 to 14 years, with leadership programs for youth aged 15 (Leaders In Training) and 16 (Counsellors in Training) years. On average there are 100 campers who attend each session with about 60 staff on site. We run various programs for our campers including: a climbing wall; an exciting waterfront complete with canoeing and kayaking; arts and crafts; outdoor survival skills; mountain biking; guitar and music; drama; a variety of sports; special events; low ropes course; star gazing and much more! Our programs are designed to promote the development of our campers and provide campers with a challenging camp experience.
There are many rewarding opportunities that Fraser offers to its staff. Fraser Lake Camp allows you the opportunity to serve in an environment where you will be challenged and encouraged to grow in your own relationship with God. As well, you will develop many life skills, become more resourceful, and build leadership, communication, problem-solving and people skills.
Fraser Lake Camp is located northeast of Bancroft, Ontario (approximately 3 hours northeast of Toronto). This summer we will be operating from Saturday, June 28 to Saturday August 23, 2008.
